How To Evaluate Open Source Software

The Business Readiness Rating is a proposed as a "framework for evaluating open source software."

Now that's what I've been talking about!! I would encourage my fellow architects and open source developers to get involved so that what is important to you becomes a guideline for evaluating your own software.
